Company Scan

The company scan is designed to create a snapshot of today's organizational situation from international expansion perspective. Depending on scope, a scan can be done in half a day or a full day.

A company scan consists of various interactive meetings with departments and executives involved in the international expansion process. During these meetings, a number of both internally as well as externally focused themes are used to get a clear overview and to determine overall alignment.

A scan starts with an intake. During the intake, a line up of sessions, specific to a client's internal and external organization, will be drafted. The outcome will be presented in a clear and comprehensive report.

A company scan is charged at a flat rate and includes the following components:

- Intake session.

- Half or full day with interactive sessions, held online or on premise.

- A presentation of the outcome, including Q&A

- A written report.

Half day: excluding tax: EUR 1.295.00

Full day: excluding tax: EUR 1,995.00
